ILS AU is a leading logistic company based in Sydney. The core business focusing on domestic and international logistics and transportation. Due to the rapid increase demand of Chinese speaking customers, ILS AU need to find a way for customers to book trucks easier and reduce the workloads of customer service call centre.
What we achieved
Based on the business requirement, Flare Digital developed a Wechat Mini Program leveraging Microsoft Azure as backend service. It helps approved customers to book/track trucks much easier without leaving Wechat app. It also provides the functionality and pay deposit depends on the level of customers loyalty program. It reduces the workloads of call centre up to 25%.
